What we collect
When you submit a form we process your name, email, phone, company and your message. The data is used only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up any mandate.
Sharing
If you register interest in a listing, your contact details are passed on to the advertiser. We never sell data to third parties.
Retention
Enquiries are kept as long as needed for the purpose and deleted when no longer required – unless the law requires longer retention (for example bookkeeping rules).
Cookies
This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies. Images are loaded from Eiendomsavtaler.no’s image service, and an anonymous counter records page views without identifying you.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction and deletion of your data, and you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). Contact us at post@eiendomsavtaler.no.
